• Harness the product of the nation and create value adding training for youth. Hence developing the local content initiative
• Help our graduates to access funds to be able to startup what they have been empowered with in training. 
DREAM: Looking ahead, we want to spread accross African as soon as possible to help developming economics create their own identity by building an Information and Communication technology (ICT) Knowledge  base and reducing the gap between workplace required skills and existing skills. ICT has experienced and expontential growth in developing economies. For instance, wireless phone growth rates in West Africa (especially Nigieria) South American and Sub-Saharan Africa are the highest in the world. Although developing economies have made giant steps to successfully compete with the developed world in terms of ICT , the gap remains. There are three secrets to closing the gap; Training, Empowerment and Pratice. Hence, FCMT delivers up to National Diploma level; graduates of the coiiege will be admitted into 2nd year of any Nigeria University. The college is a sister to TREASURE UNIVERSITY  Institution ,Treasure University is to kick off 2012.
