FACILITIES & AMENITIES

FLYINGDOVE has esblished a number of academic support facilities in other to enrich its curricula. Invariably, the facilities are in the early stages of development.

THE LIBRARY

The library is the central focus of every educational institution. It is the basic and central bibliographical organ of support to the academic programmes of the institution. It serves as a support not only to teach but also to research end development activities. Consequently, FLYINGDOVE plans to construct a purpose built, user friendly library shortly, the model and drawings are already done. In the meantime, the institution library is located in the first floor of the main school building.
About 10% of the recurrent revenue of the institution devoted to the library this is to ensure that every current books and journal tittles are available to satisfy major research interest of staff and provide suitable reading materials for students’.

THE COMPUTER SOFTWARE, HARDWARE LABORATORY AND MULTIMEDIA STUDIO

These facilities are a pre – requisite for attaining the objective of FLYINGDOVE to run programmes that are ICT driven and at the cutting edge of science and technology. FLYINGDOVE also recognize that ICT is a key to run the institution and also producing graduates that would generate employment and not job seekers., In addition the multimedia studio has been put in place with a complete Hi – Tech. editing system, with world class, editing, graphics animation and sound effect software’s.

INTERNET CAFÉ

The institution management knowing well that the internet café is the key facilities to improve the knowledge and research findings of both students and staff in these era of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). An internet café has been placed at the ground floor of the main school building in other to improve research and knowledge to uplift and develop researchers.

HOSTEL ACCOMODATION

FLYINGDOVE now run a Campus system. The institute has provided students with well Furnished, fitted and standby generating set hostel. However, the institution provides some cafeteria services run by private caterers to take care of the students catering services.

CLINIC

The institution on the ground floor of the main institution building has her clinic to take care of the immediate medical attention of both students and staff of the institution, as well as their families.

BUSINESS CENTER

The institution has given approval to private operators and individuals to operate a business centre on campus.
